refunds will only be offered if i cannot complete the commission for some reason or another

it would be preferred if a visual photo/reference of your character is sent; irl photos are majorly discouraged

i can decline any commission if desired, even without explicitly stating a reason

the time taken to complete your commission depends on my current workload and motivation, but shouldn't take more than a month to complete

you may repost your commission and use it for whatever* purposes you want, just credit me for it

* however, they should only be used for personal use, do not use it for commercialised use

you can trade the design

do credit me for the design if put on toyhouse

redesign them (though, not to the point of being unrecognisable)

you can resell the character, but not for more than you spent it (unless you have a lot of art related to the design)

you cannot claim the design to be yours

dont make the design into your own species

do not use my designs for things such as proshipping, comshipping, necrophilia, incest, radqueer, etc

do not make my designs homophobic / transphobic / racist / etc, i do not want my design to be associated with, even fictional, discrimination

i would prefer it if any designs i do make do not have any sexual art made of them, but if you do not post it publicly, i cannot control what you do with it privately
